Cesar Bradham founder of ASTI in 1989 has been active in the Civil Engineering and Land Surveying fields for over 43 years. His career started in 1960 as a draftsman in Jacksonville, FL. An Artillery Surveyor during the Vietnam era. His experience includes surveying, drafting, cartography, aerial photography, forestry mapping. He was the first to introduce Softdesk (formerly DCA, now Land Desktop) to firms in Florida. He has intense knowledge of both Autocad and AEC software, with expertise in Civil and Surveying applications. Coupled with the relationship ASTI maintains with numerous software and hardware companies gives him a current perspective in the advances of this ever changing technology. His overall knowledge and dedication bring you the best to offer in the field of Computer Aided Design. Mr. Bradham is a board certified CAD instructor since 1991. He would look forward in helping you sort through the maze of technological software/hardware advances and could offer suggestions and direction tailored to your specific needs.
